Our boldest garlic! If you love strong garlic flavor, this variety is for you! A delicious roasting or grilling garlic that maintains a robust taste even under high heat. Our only softneck variety, this garlic contains more cloves in each head than our hardneck varieties, with smaller, softer cloves overall and no firm central stalk. Our favorite way to enjoy it is to cut off a small portion of the whole head to expose the cloves, then roast with olive oil and herbs till tender and caramelized.
